I've left the safety of my gt2160 and moved into the gt2170,on the up side for the trainer they seem to hold the full foot alot firmer over the lace and this seems to help with less movement ,however they do feel alittle to tight and it feel like its restricting the width of my foot, I'm going to ware them in abit more and see how it goes , for a runner I'm a bit heavy at 13.5 st and have covered only 30 mile in them still a great trainer from asics and would recommend them to anyone pro running
